I came in around 8:30 this evening. They only had 3 staff in the whole store, so understandably it was a bit held up, that was okay. During my wait for my food, I watched a supervisor named Dan treat who looks to be a brand new employee like complete garbage. Yelling at him infront of customers, ignoring his questions, it got to the point where us as customers were helping this new employee figure out what to do. I’m assuming he only treats them this way when his higher ups are off, because this wasn’t okay
It is evident that this restaurant has some problems as mentioned in other reviews. If they are going to introduce a new menu item that becomes popular on Tiktok, they should ensure that it is made fresh for each order. My meal could have been enjoyable if it wasn't stale. I ended up throwing it away and have no intention of returning to this establishment.
None of the employees that prepared my family’s food wore gloves. From the grill to the heater. They only wore a pair after it hit the paper (a bit to late). The most appalling offense to me was when the man that rang us out (without gloves or washing his hands) placed a slice of cheese on my mothers burger. As a putrid garnish for the vile meal.
Went inside to order food, stood in line for about five minutes with no one taking my order, there was only one other person in there. Went to the drive through, only one car in front of me, ordered about 15 minutes ago and I’m still waiting for my food while writing this review.
I have been coming to this location for many years (although not regularly).It has been well kept, staff is friendly and lots of room for seating.
We enjoyed a delightful lunch with friends at Swiss Chalet at this particular location.
As a vegetarian I love Harvey's! It's fast food, right? But it's still great.
