Harvey's - Tisch resevieren

I recently visited a Harvey's location and ordered 4 trios. When I paid the cashier, I received 2 bags of food in less than a minute, which was unusual for Harvey's (where the wait usually seems to last forever). I decided to eat in the parking lot and found the bread to be quite hard and the hamburger tasted like it was prepared in advance. I returned to the restaurant and politely asked for a fresh burger. The cashier gave it to someone who claimed to be a manager, but when I told him the bread was still hard, he became defensive and started arguing with me. Ma critique n'est pas pour toute le personnel qui sont en général sympathique et polie mais surtout pour la vieille dame de la place qui prépare les hamburgers ,chaque fois que je me fait servir par elle,j'ai affaire a une femme impatiente ,qui tourne les yeux a chaque ingrédient que je rajoute a mon hamburger même si je l'ai jamais connu a l'extérieur ,même si j'ai tousjours été polie ,elle agit ... Ce que j'apprécie, contrairement à d'autres «restaurants» du genre, c'est le fait que l'on puisse choisir le contenu du hamburger. Par contre, les frites sont sèches, sans saveur. L'ambiance aux tables est «plate» et froide. Plancher parfois mal nettoyé et lorsqu'il l'est, la personne en charge du balayage nous passe le balais sous les pieds et dérange. Personnel genre «robot», est peu là pour le client.

Quand on fait une commande au comptoir, il peut y avoir un accident, comme se faire renverser 2 verres de liqueurs sur soi,surtout sur les pantalons et dans un soulier. This restaurant serves some of the best burgers in the area, which are very filling. The service is good and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Overall, it is a great value for the price and the food is delicious.

Harvey's is my favorite fast food hamburger place. They are the best grilled burgers in Canada and we have the options what to put in them. Very good n tasty, Worth the fast food visit.

Plaisir coupable, le Fast Food... ici la viande est cuite sur le grill et voilà toute la différence au goût. J'adore le fait de choisir ce mes condiments a l'intérieur de mon burger.
