Somehow I feel the way people serve you truly influences the flavour of the food. We always enjoy the experience, these particular stores. Not only because of the quality and consistency of the food that we have come to expect from a Harvey's, but, because of the staff who serve us. They are always so friendly, and we can tell that they are cohesive and content there. Happy staff, happy customers should be the motto in the restaurant business it really does affect the food.
Since I work nearby, I come here at least once, sometimes twice a week for lunch. The quality of the fresh food and the incredibly prompt and courteous service are the main reasons I keep returning. I really enjoy Harvey's menu, and while I've tried the Paris location a few times, each visit has unfortunately fallen short in terms of promptness, friendliness, and freshness. In my opinion, the Harvey's on Henry Street offers the best fast-food dining experience around.
If you visit this particular Harvey's for a burger around 3 PM, be prepared for food that has been sitting out for a while. The onion rings were cold and soggy, and the Angus burger was only lukewarm, with a bun that was hard, like bread that has been microwaved and left to cool. It was really disappointing since I know Harvey's can do better. I ended up tossing most of it away.
Service was horrible. Ordered an original with cheese to go, when I leave I look in the bag and there are NO NAPKINS! Come on! USE COMMON SENSE, WHEN SOMEONE ORDERS A MESSY BURGER THEY NEED NAPKINS WITH IT!!!!! I ordered a burger through the app and received it with ghost pepper sauce instead of garlic mayo. When I brought it up, they insisted it was just Harv sauce. They remade it, but it was so poorly done that it fell apart due to an excessive amount of plain mustard and mayo. It seems that their standards have really dropped.
The young man at the burger dressing station this evening was incredibly kind. He really made my daughter's night! I appreciate the fantastic service and his flexibility in serving her pickles on the side. I'm so glad we decided to come in tonight instead of going through the drive-thru! This was around 5 PM.
Thursday, April 13th, 12:35 PM. I just received another serving of onion rings that were cold and chewy, looking more like cardboard than food. Perhaps it would be better to toss the bottom of the basket and prepare a fresh batch for the lunch rush? Just a suggestion. I won't be returning.
I placed my order through the app and when I arrived, it was ready—hot and fresh. However, the toppings at Harvey's were quite sparse. I didn’t go inside, so I can’t comment on the atmosphere. But the service from the night crew was excellent. Great job, everyone! Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
It's been a while since I enjoyed a fast food burger. The service was prompt, I was able to choose my toppings, and the burger was delicious. I will definitely return!
