Normally Harvey's is a good experience, however the last time was awful.I placed my order no issues. Then she tells me that the computers are down and they are working on it and it will be a little longer. So I wait, and wait and wait. One person is on the phone trying to get things sorted out and there is ONE person cooking. No one seemed to be able to take the initiative to TELL that person what to cook.The wait continued for about 25 minutes. My order looked like it was ready. However the guy dressing the burger was new and couldn't read the slip and didn't realize he needed to tell the ONE guy cooking to make two burgers. The people after me (by 10 minutes) got their food and left. Final...
Drive thru used on July 13th. Arrival about 6pm. Menu outside hard to read due to sunlight. Ordered #9. Double Angus Burger with Onion rings change of drink to milk shake. Paid Cash at the windows - over $15+! Wowzers! Asked about receipt due to Scene card points. Agent assured me it was in the bag that I could enter it when I got home. It was not. Lost out again on the points I could have got. Far too expensive - I could have gone almost anywhere else and for less than $10 eaten. Heck another restaurant I love is just up the block and I could have eaten for $15 all I wanted.
This is the best for choice on what you want on your burger . Building your own burger . Now there hamburgers meat is not as good as some other fast food joints , but I still like Harvey's . Great staff ! They do there very best for you . See you there .
They have made many improvements to this store . the menu has a few new and very good items . we go there a lot . you can get what you want on a burger lots of pickles or no pickles etc . love it . bored see the VW dealer beside it !All Good !
I love that you can have what ever you like on the burger. They have great service , nice staff . This is a good fast food chain . Good prices , coupons all the time in the mail ! Good deals . Love it .
I try and visit this place 2-3 times a year. My mothers favorite in town. Visit in Sept 2016 was a typical visit. Though I find the pricing getting a bit out of hand for just about everything there.
This has been on north front street for years ! Super nice to pick what you want on your burger. Many items to choose from & all fresh . Nice treat to give to yourself . I love it ! You will too
When iam craving a burger this is my 1 stop shop fabulous grilled very filling choice of toppings and ability to personalize is great for pickey eaters like me
I went there with my sister, had to repeat order more than once, the girl making my salad looked like she did't want to be there, no smile or politeness!!!!!
