Room was ok for 1 night, clean, adequate in terms of facilities. Friendliness is fine as far as that goes. I briefly had the feeling that she was disturbing her work as a waitress. Had to leave early, there was no way to make breakfast ahead of time. That's why I asked in advance via email. Got a loveless packed lunch. Which I couldn't do much with without cutlery. In the reply email to my request it said that I would get a coffee from the machine, but she didn't want to remember that. When I set off early, people were already working in the kitchen. I smelled the scrambled eggs for the guests. In the entrance area there was an unfinished coffee cup next to the ashtrays. Apparently coffee is...
1. The shower is quite unclean. 2. Breakfast has little choice. 3. The toilet didn't flush, water flowed through the toilet all the time at night and it was very annoying. 4. Ich war für 3 Tage in diesem Hotel. Ich kann sagen, dass ich meinen Aufenthalt genossen habe, die Zimmer sind sauber, das Frühstück war lecker, das Personal war freundlich. Ich werde auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Viele Grüße an die Besitzer Bianca und Roberto.
Very nice place to be, quiet, tidy, clean, super cheap. It is close to the cable car 5 min walk, also close to the train station 10 min walk, was the perfect stay for me.
