Solid 3 brunch place. The overall aesthetic is amazing, booths are very cute!The food was kind of lacking nothing really stood out except for the French toast which was only good because it was smothered in sugar and syrup. We got the eggs Benedict, avocado toast, and omelette. I had the omelette was it really was not great… the ends were thin and overcooked leading to a kind of dry egg. The weird patty potato hash thing was terrible. Extremely dry and I couldn’t even eat it.In terms of service, everyone was nice but our waitress kept forgetting us! We had to ask multiple people for things because the server just disappeared multiple times or just forgot to bring us specific things.Just know...
I recently dined at this restaurant for the first time, despite passing by it often while visiting Huntington Village with my family. The restaurant was not only charming, but also welcoming to families. The interior had a modern design with some cute elements, and when I visited on a Thursday morning with my son, they were playing cartoons on the screen above the bar. The food was delicious and the portions were very generous (see the pancakes and breakfast burrito below). I imagine it gets crowded on the weekends, but it's for good reason.
The Charleston Benedict was perfect!!! I honestly loved it! The new Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich was good but I think a lot of the actual spices didn't quite catch on to the crust so it tasted like normal fried chicken (still good but not quite what we had hoped for). The corn beef was quite different from other brunch places and we honestly thought it was a bit too salty by itself (hence the 4 stars). But we took it home and modified it! I would definitely come again to try some other stuff and retry the Charleston Benedict again!
Best atmosphere, friendly environment and delicious food. We have been coming here for brunch for over three years and Chris, Charles and Mike have always been friendly and treated us with excellence. Chris is the best cook always presenting new delicious menu and you have Charles and Mike at the bar with a variety of great drinks and a contagious friendliness. This restaurant is perfect for a breakfast date. They open early, which we found convenient. We arrived just before 9am on a Saturday and were seated right away. By the time we left around 11am, the place was packed with brunch-goers. The food was delicious overall. The coffee and bar drinks were excellent. Many reviews mention their pancakes, and they definitely lived up to the hype. We tried the banana+Nutella single order and it was fantastic.
First time coming here with friends. The place is definitely colorful. The staff is friendly and quick. The drinks are amazing as well. Everyone in my group got something different. I got their version of fried chicken and waffles. The waffle was good, but the fried chicken was just a bit on the dry side. I also had tried some pancakes with your fluffy and delicious. Overall, I would recommend this place for a quick brunch.
We were a group three and we all enjoyed our breakfast. We wanted a place that didn't feel or taste like a diner. No wait on a weekday morning and the service was good. Pancakes were light and fluffy and the omelets were good, but we all really loved the hash browns. Yum. We had cinnamon roll pancakes and will definitely go back to try some of the other varieties. They all look delicious.
Came with a large party of coworkers on a weekday around noon. It was not crowded, and the waitstaff was attentive to us. I had the blueberry pancakes, which were probably the best stack of pancakes I've had in a while. I would highly recommend them!

I wish I could give Hatch 6 stars! Our server Dakota did an incredible job! The food was excellent! The variety of drinks and meals is expansive. I can go on and on! I rarely review restaurants, but Hatch deserves high marks! Check it out!
We order 4 different dishes and they are all good. I also love the coffee as well. For sure I will go again.
