Terrible service we waited almost an hour for our drinks. Then the wrong food came and when the cashier tried to collect the food that was ordered but not received. My suggestion that I knew what I had eaten was dismissed with the answer that he knew exactly what he had brought me to eat and the chef also knew what he had done (the restaurant was full and it felt like every other table had the wrong one get food/drinks). I then said that I was paying for what I ate and that unfortunately I couldn't prove it (I should have taken a photo as proof that's clear). I was then told that we could do it that way, but I would please shouldn't come back... I'm at a loss for words! Something so levelles...
Very very good sushi! Well prepared and really great taste! The service was okay! What I didn't like was that the employees insisted on paying in cash and then after we had collected our cash they looked a bit askance and said we wouldn't tip anymore! But we would have actually done so if we had been allowed to pay by card! All in all, highly recommended!
Das Essen ist sehr, sehr gut. Leider mussten wir fast eine Stunde auf die Getränke und fast zwei Stunden auf das Essen warten. Laut der Kellnerin war an diesem Tag eine große Firma anwesend. An Wochenenden ist das Parken während der Stoßzeiten mit einem großen Auto fast unmöglich. Wie gesagt, das Essen ist wirklich ausgezeichnet.
Ich war heute zum Abendessen im Hatoyama. Wir bekamen sofort ohne Reservierung einen Tisch für vier Personen. Die Auswahl war sehr gut und überschaubar. Das Essen war lecker und kräftigend. Der Service war sehr freundlich und zügig. Es gibt ausreichend Parkplätze direkt vor dem Restaurant sowie in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

Super tasty and very good sushi. Sitting outside but also inside it looks very inviting. The staff is very friendly and even when things get very stressful due to a lot of visitors, the service staff remain very polite. Ambience invites you to linger. We reserved a table and that worked out great.
Went here for dinner twice this evening. The waitresses are very friendly and totally on point. The dishes are absolutely delicious and also tasty to the eye. The homemade cocktails, which can be enjoyed both with and without alcohol, are also tempting. Overall, definitely worth a visit!
I ordered on the homepage and wanted to pick it up on time. Unfortunately, after 20 minutes I had to leave and send someone else to pick it up. No interim information otherwise I would have left earlier and sent my colleague straight away.
Fabelhaftes Essen und ein hervorragender Service bei Hatoyama! Das Sushi ist vielleicht das beste, das ich in der Umgebung kenne. Die Speisekarte bietet eine großartige Auswahl, die jeden Geschmack zufriedenstellt.

Beautiful terrace with a view of the city park. Nice staff, huge selection, especially of “special rolls”. Also great for vegetarians and vegans.
