Hattie B's Hot Chicken Nashville Lower Broadway

This is some good chicken but my review is for Vinnie. His attention to detail saved our meal. We accidentally ordered the mild thinking no spice and my 5yo daughter thought it was too hot, and he already had the southern fried chicken ready for her because he guessed it would be too spicy. Dude saved us having to wait back in line for it. Big thanks to you bro. Really appreciate the excellent customer service.

The line was long but it went by quickly. And definitely worth the wait! The woman who took our order really sold the pimento cheese add on to the chicken sandwich, and boy am I glad she did! Quick getting food! And clean tables as soon as groups gets up, so seating is immediate!

After trying Nashville hot chicken at a few different places around Nashville, this is by far the best one. The tenders are crispy and the chicken has an amazing flavor, perfect consistency. These guys know how to cluck!

Waited in line only to find out they were under some kind of remodel so limited menu.2 choices tenders or sandwich not what we were going for. Would be nice to update the website to save people the hassle
