Walked in for happy hour and immediately was greeted with an attitude. It was 12 of us (I called ahead of time and asked for such a big party did I need reservations. Whoever was front of the house said no) turns out they didn't want to seat us they were huffing and puffing because they had to move tables and arrange 12 place settings. Then they sat us and for 20 minutes no one waited on us. No one came to ask if we needed water or to tell us who the server was. It was a horrible experience of happy hour. Everything for my table took 20 min or more (and for the record they weren't bringing massive amounts of drinks out it was 2 here 2 there) it's a table or 12 people who are willing to spend...
will never be ordered from here again. two quarter chicken combs ordered, was very clear and specific in the instructions. instructions were not followed. were also missing. I also ordered extra garlic sauces, which are an additional fee, they were never put in the bag. I thought I would call the restaurant directly to see if they could correct the problems instead of seamlessly reporting them. the host was very rude and impatient when I explained this thema. she said I didn't have to have been clear about the instructions, and that the order was checked and everything was there. if everything was in there and it was right, I wouldn't waste my time calling the restaurant. they said a manager...
I've been ordering to go sangria since Covid started and I continue to order from Havana Cafe since the governor approved to go drinks. The sangria that I order regularly started off great and has gradually gotten worse. This afternoon I ordered sangria via a delivery app and the sangria I got tasted like water. I asked for light ice and instead received half the container filled with ice. I know the employees know that I'm a regular customer due to the frequency of my orders, but yet still has the audacity to send me watered down drinks. That's a shame because there are other options for to go cocktails and I hope potential customers reconsider. Stop waiting peoples time and money.
I'm a little disappointed. first I wanted to do the too good to go for the excerpt, but they said they didn't do it anymore, although their restaurant was still on the app. I give this one two stars because the hostess was nice. I decided to order the steak sushi. something light when you think it was late. I come home and it's clogged and my man is allergic to garnel. Aliza took my order ! She was amazing! I do not eat anything fried and she really worked with me to make sure I was able to get something I’d enjoy. She was extremely patient and took my super picky order (most places just are rude she was awesome and very nice). Based on her customer service I would def go back. Got a grilled chicken sandwich it’s was really good especially with the guava bbq sauce ! Def worth the money!
