good food. the journey of evansville worth. for those who sowed like their flesh when it comes out, this place will do. they have several sauces to choose from. large portions and fast and friendly service. the prices are reasonable. for those who do not want their flesh to be sown at the arrival, I would check with the server to see what they can do. I think they make a decent job while smoking. the ripening and the huh were delicious and made right. the near Slave was crisp, not too sweet. I enjoyed the hashbrowns cress. all the others were good. no complaints from our party. there is a decent selection of drinks, but no tonne on tap. this is one of the better bbq places in the E'ville are...
Dissatisfied, disappointed.Got the Chicken Platter and the chicken was dry, flavorless and just smothered in BBQ sauce to try and makeup for the dry,dry,dry chicken.The Mac cheese white Velveeta sauce not home made ,same for the baked beans. You can tell they are from a can. The dinner roll also disappointing. I keep on asking if anything was home made but the only answer I got was I don't pay attention they magically appear. And this is Why I really stop at a BBQ place. But when you're hungry any mediocre BBQ will do.I let her know the Chicken was try did she say or do anything?I feel bad for her having and not wanting to lie so she just avoided answering.
I have Herd a bunch of people talking about how great this place is. WRONG!!! I was extremely disappointed with my food. 3 dinners costed 65 dollars. Over 20 bucks a plate. The portions were less than what would be a kids size meal. Food was bland. No flavor. And took 30 minutes to get. Bbq places never take that long. But this place did. I will never go there again.
