I went to the Bel Cafe on a Tuesday afternoon and was asked by the Hostess if I would like a Table - I said Yes and was told that there was a Table coming up directly and then I would be seated. I waited by the door then realized that I could sit at the communal table in the middle of the Cafe as it was available - the Waitress immediately brought me a glass of water and I could clearly see the large menu above the counter. I ordered the 70% Coco Hot Chocolate and a Macaron and it was Heavenly! It was a great pick-me-up in the middle of the day and it really hit the spot! What a lovely Cafe with excellent Service! Great place - will definitely be coming back!
This is a small casual-dining outpost in the Georgia Hotel. Easy to miss it, but don't! The sandwiches are absolutely spectacular. This time I tried the carrot and cucumber sammie, which sounds boring as hell (even to me, a vegetarian), but it was so scrumptious, I ordered a second one to eat on the airplane. Coffees are great, pastries look spectacular, and if you're looking for a fast but special meal, you can't beat it.
Four of us met here for lunch at 12:30 and only had to wait 5 minutes for a table. Service was fabulous. I loved the toast of the day with the tomato soup. Two of us had the the BLT. My niece liked her carrot sandwich. The lemonade with lavender was refreshing.

Salmon Sushi Salad was delish, Banh Mi was also very good. The lattes and desserts are unique. I would recommend. Reasonably prices everything under 20 dollars.

Not much else to add. Sandwiches and salads are about CAN$10 to $12. Coffee is good and priced comparable to Starbucks.
We found this the day before we left and wished we'd stumbled upon it sooner! Food was delicious, took a little time!
