I tried the Chirashi and rated it a 3 out of 5. While it looked visually appealing, it didn’t quite deliver on taste. The fish was fresh but disappointingly small, with each piece being folded to appear larger. Additionally, the rice was a bit mushy.
Next, I sampled the crispy rice, which also received a 3 out of 5. Unfortunately, the tuna lacked flavor. There’s not much that could go wrong with this dish, but it didn't stand out in any remarkable way.

Hayatobi Sushi! I often pass by this place and never considered trying it until now. I discovered it spontaneously while driving around looking for dinner, and I was thoroughly impressed! The food was incredible! I typically don’t finish my meals at restaurants, but the rolls and dishes here were simply outstanding! The service was excellent as well; the staff were friendly and attentive, and everyone greeted us warmly and bid us farewell when we left. The interior decor is beautiful, and I will definitely return! Oh, and they have a small parking lot. We visited on a weekday after 7 PM when it wasn’t too busy, so we didn’t encounter any parking issues.
Honestly ever since I stumbled upon this place it's been my go to sushi place! All the cuts of fish are extremely high quality, and the pricing is just really competitive for what you get. I've traveled Japan extensively, and there are some serious authentic dishes here which are hard to find in the SGV. I challenge anyone to find a better Chirashi for the price. Highly recommend you give Hayatobi a shot won't be disappointed it's been a favorite for all those I've introduced so far.
Food was good. We ordered everything al la carte since we like picking what we want to eat. Their prices are extremely fair. I would have taken some pictures but we finished it before I rememeber to.

This is one of my favorite restaurant! The food is so delicious! I love their sashimi and curry! And I really enjoy the red bean ice cream They provide very good service!
One of my new favorite spots for sushi! The quality is excellent and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend it if you're a fan of fresh fish!
