My friend received their food first, but I had to wait ten minutes and it never arrived. A waiter came to check on us and I informed them about my missing food. They went to check and then a girl from behind the bar came to ask me about it. I was frustrated and told her to figure it out. She then informed me that the ticket machine was broken and it would be another five minutes.
