I have visited this restaurant twice. I was hoping that the second time would bring improvements in their service, but unfortunately it was the same. The DJ is fantastic, no doubt! However, I was surprised when they charged $300 for just 3 people, even though we didn't eat anything. When I requested the bill, I was kept waiting and eventually had to leave without it. I would kindly ask the owner to provide the bill promptly and include the prices for each item. Customers visit your establishment to have a good experience, and transparency in pricing is important.
I would definitely agree with what Sam N said. While the first time visiting was quite fun, the following two other visits were not quite so much. After seating ourselves we waited nearly 45 minutes and never got attended or acknowledged. The two table next to us also had the same issue and had to come up to a bartender to get help. Visited this hookah bar on a Thursday night. Wasn't too busy, had plenty of tables open. Ordered a lemon mint hookah and mint black tea. The tea came quickly, but it took almost 30 minutes for us to get our hookah. And this was when the place was half empty, and most other tables already had their hookah. Yesterday, I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant with my friend. The music and drinks were fantastic, despite the slightly slow service. An added bonus was that when I realized I had forgotten my wallet, I reached out to the owner on Facebook and he was able to help me retrieve it. Thank you so much, Raja!

I can only comment on the customer service of this place. The people are super friendly and great. I had a situation where I wanted to watch Sunday night football and the worker looked for a while trying to find it. He did not have to but that was a nice gesture.

This lounge is amazing!!! I've been looking for a hookah lounge and this place is has what I'm looking for! Great hookah, delicious drinks and great djs! Ali was amazing he took care of my friends and I! Definitely won't be my last time.
Too much sauce in my wrap and so salty I could eat it fully, also my food was not delivered in a bag it was separate containers that the dasher can easily open deff needs to atleast put the food in a bag and close it!
