Located at the Fraser's Suite lower ground and as soon as I walked in the service has been impeccable. They have been very attentive but not intrusive. The menu is Modern Australian style and the place is spacious. My favourite dish has to be the Scotch Fillet with Bone Marrow, it is absolutely beautiful and always perfectly cooked! Am frühen Freitagsmorgen angekommen, vor der Arbeit zum Frühstück, angekündigt von 6.30 Uhr. Als es zur Reihenfolge kam, war ich überrascht, dass die angebotene Speisekarte nur deinen Lauf des Mühle-Hotelstils war. Ich habe nach dem Paläo-Menü gefragt (was ich gekommen war entweder derzeit oder nicht mehr verfügbar) auch. Die Kellnerin erklärte, es sei zu schwierig, zwei Arten von Frühstück bereitzustellen (Sehen, wie sie auch ein Hotel sind). Sie war eine schöne Dame, das nicht nur ausgehen wollte. Ich habe das Frühstück bestellt, das in Ordnung war, aber nur Ihr Standard-Hotelfutter. Ich wünschte, es wäre auf der Website klarer gemacht worden, dass dies der Fall war.
Ich habe Frühstück und Abendessen beim Erbstück gesessen und meine Kommentare stehen hier in Übereinstimmung mit anderen. Während das Essen gut ist (aber nicht ausstehend), fehlt der Dienst nicht. Ich habe die Paleo-Pizza ausprobiert und war angenehm von der Mandel-Mahlzeit-Basis und dem Cashew-Käse überrascht, aber obwohl es ein schönes Gericht war, kann es wirklich nicht mit dem Geschmack und der angenehmen Käse einer richtigen italienischen Pizza verglichen werden. Das Frühstück ist toll und der besondere und kleine Töpfe des Küchenchefs von Chia-Puddings und Joghurt sind nur hervorragend.

Das Hotel liegt im neuen Fraser Suites Hotel, ist gut eingerichtet und eine angenehme Umgebung mit aufmerksamem Service.
Einfach, einen guten Wein entweder durch Glas oder Flasche zu finden. Das Essen basiert auf den Paleo-Prinzipien mit niedrigem Kohlenhydrat und niedrigem Fett und ist sehr gut. Unverarbeitet und gesund, dass selbst nach einem tollen Steak und einer köstlichen Wüste wie eine schokoladenfeste Straße, fühlte ich mich nicht übertrieben (oder schuldig), hatte aber gut gegessen.
Dies ist ein Qualitätsort und preisgünstig für die Qualität. Ich werde es wieder gerne gehen.
Also ging ich in dieses Restaurant und dort, wo in mich in mich sofort in den Tisch führte! Kummer

Room service menu, the same as hotel menu.Pizza with pulled pork was very bland, looked good, lacked flavour and any sight of meat.Best dish is the Barramundi and Steak with Bone Marrow.Take a walk out, you'll soon get bored of the menu, I reckon the chef has changed since I went last year.
