After a visit to the palace, it seemed to be the ideal place for lunch. My wife went to get in and was rudely ignored, but I managed to draw the attention of a guy who cleaned the tables that allowed me to sit at the table I had located. we sat for 15 minutes before deciding to find our own menus in the I hope that this could encourage a service. We were wrong! as the premises entered and were welcomed, given the orders of menus and drinks taken, we were continuously ignored for another 15 minutes before deciding to leave. the only positive point? We had to sit down and rest our feet for 30 minutes! Terrible! If you're not a local, don't bother!
nothing special, but was close to our hotel. ordered pizza with goat cheese. It was essentially a margherita pizza with too much cheese, then on top 3 large circular slices of goat cheese. It would have been okay if it was a tomato base with just goat cheese. Don't order that, it's a heart attack on a plate. However, the server was very friendly and admitted that it would not make pizza this way and proposed to make another pizza, but we were already full and did not feel at best what we had eaten, really disappointing for such a beautiful place.
If you are looking for a high-end and exceptional kitchen, this place is not what you need. the atmosphere is cozy, the simple card (pizzas, salads, wraps/sandwichs) and the fast service. My husband and I shared a pizza and a salad, had a few beers and left quickly. . . what was good, because we had to meet a group of tourists at a precise hour. this restaurant also seemed to be suitable for children - at least half of the tables included an infant or toddler in the party.
We chose to eat here because we stayed nearby and it was convenient by a wet and windy evening, good atmosphere, the staff was very efficient and the food proved much better than the one described on the menu. good selection of drinks. sitting outside on the betting avenue seemed to be a nice place to sit down in good weather, they also served breakfast. really is worth the detour for a quick meal near the castle of worms.

we stopped here for lunch after a disappointing waiting not to be served in a bar/coffee further on the betting avenue. pleasantly surprised yesterday by quality and service, because last year we had a pub lunch here that was not at all memorable. we sat outside this time, my companion had the cheese salad that was very generous. I had the mixed salad, largely enough for lunch, with a beautiful creamy vinaigrette.
It's nothing special, but the pub food is decent at times when other places don't do it and the director is always friendly and welcoming. a good place if you are in a hurry or need a bite late enough. If you want a refined cuisine or a refined French atmosphere, it's not for you. It's a pub, and it's a decent pub, and that's it. They've been hoegaarden shooting water, which makes it definitely climbing a gut.
After a exhausting visit to the famous castle of worms, it was a welcome change to walk in this modest locality and enjoy the village atmosphere. Having been hungry, we saw this ad announce a cheap menu. We were not disappointed because the decor was character with leather armchairs on the ground floor where we had our table. the menu included a surprisingly tender steak for the cheap price. A worthy finding.
our waiter, a young man, spoke an excellent English. I asked where he came from and his answer was the france. He just watched a lot of American television. Let's go to dinner. we stopped only for the inputs and wine and enjoyed a fish soup and herring nets. no rushed visit and able to easily connect with our server.

We stopped at the pub because it was a cold and wet afternoon with worms. the staff was helpful and friendly but not invasive. we stayed for dinner and found that food was basic, but of acceptable pub quality.
