Went here for the 1st time and ordered a Greek salad. Got home and there was no dressing in the bag or the container. Called and was told to come back (4pm rush hour traffic not super close to the location) which was not an option. Was told they could write my name on the board and give me an extra dressing tomorrow. Not helpful at all. Giving me 10% off my next order was not an option because they don 't do that . Now I have a salad with no dressing which is why I gave the food and service 1 star. With Greek dressing, maybe it would have received more than 1 star. Offer better accommodations to your customers when YOU make the error that 's customer service.
This used to be one of my favorite places but they have really raised their prices compared to other similar restaurants. Also the service has gone downhill. They used to be friendly and offer refills. This time there were only two tables with customers but the waiter couldn’t be bothered to refill our drinks.
DO NOT GO HERE! Make them suffer until they improve... Customer service is in the toilet... The lack of care or concern for issues is alarming. And it's the exact reason why I never tip the hood rats that work here! You all need better staff and or training.

My favorite coney! Try the house fries! I've been going to then since they were at 12 mile and evergreen back in the high school in the 1980s
Fast, friendly service. Order was accurate and portions were good. They handled the lunch rush smoothly, despite the crowds. Would recommend.
