I dealt with this caterer during a friend 's wedding. He was contemptuous of my diet which did not suit him (vegan- English word for vegan . A caterer must keep up to date, cooking vege does not mean becoming one, he just has to satisfy his customers. He was totally judgmental, criticized my food choices at the bride and groom, and clearly served me tasteless canned goods (and Pet bottled lemon juice for salad dressing, because he didn 't have any 'olive oil . I understand that people don 't understand but I wasn 't asking for their approval, just a decent dish (like pasta with tomatoes .
