At the time we visited the white asparagus was in abundance. We started with asparagus panna cotta which was light, refreshing and very tasty. For main course my wife had the asparagus cordon bleu, large pieces of tender asparagus lightly cooked. I had the asparagus...risotto which was very flavoursome. This was washed down with a glass of wonderful dry Gruner Veltliner Eating outside was a delight and the restaurant was clean and brightly furnished. The majority of the staff were very cheerful, helpful and friendly. Spoilt only by one waitress with glasses who treated us as idiots when telling us about the food, an opinion we did not ask for. position unmatched directly opposite the stunning esterhazy lock. ambiente beautiful! however: there were very few customers, but wait employees obviously overwhelmed in asking for water, broth basket etc. ignored. quality of the dishes seems slipped risotto was soggy, paella has cooked! the brot was rocky. pity that this place is a goldmine, but the quality of food service disappointed.

we were a big group 12, and enjoyed great meal. the local weeping were excellent. especially red. steak also super. really good meal and good experience.

very beautiful and accessible place right in front of the esterhazy palace. looks elegant and welcoming. service efficient and very nice.

independent of the capital 45 minutes away from hown, the quality of food and an excellent service balance out all capital benefits.
