I had a disappointing experience at Henry shop in Vienna airport. The lady employee who assisted me, and wore black spectacles, was extremely rude and racist. When I asked for assistance to get rid of some coins as I was leaving, she repeatedly insisted that the amount was not enough, even though it was sufficient. This made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable. Furthermore, the employee made discriminatory remarks, which were offensive and humiliating. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect regardless of my race, ethnicity, or any other personal characteristic. Als ehemaliger Mitarbeiter kann ich nur empfehlen, Ihr Geld woanders auszugeben! Do&co, die die Küchenarbeiter anstellen, bezahlen die Küchenhilfen und Köche völlig unterschiedlich. Der Unterschied im Gehalt ist enorm. Alles, was ich gesagt habe, war, dass ich ungelernt bin. Do&co hat dafür gesorgt, dass ich meinen anderen Job verloren habe! Ich bin nicht der einzige Mitarbeiter. Wartet nur, bis ich öffentlich mache, wie das halal Essen für die Fluggesellschaften behandelt wird und wie nicht-halal Produkte in der Fabrik, in der ich ebenfalls gearbeitet habe, behandelt werden! This restaurant will save you from hunger before your early morning flight. We had food from the hot buffet. They served two types of scrambled eggs, sausages, baked beans in tomato sauce, and more. Prices here are quite high. We paid 25€ for two small breakfast portions with half a baguette and one cola. Don't get carried away when loading your food, so you won't be shocked when the cashier charges you a high amount.
Es ist einer der Orte, die am frühesten am Flughafen öffnen, was schön ist, und sie haben frisch gebackenes Gebäck. Man riecht es förmlich, während man nachts am Flughafen versucht zu schlafen :D Das Personal ist freundlich. Es gibt eine große Auswahl an Speisen. Ein bisschen überteuert, aber das Essen ist lecker. Den Kaffee mochte ich nicht.

Dieser Ort ist tagsüber sehr ansprechend aufgrund seiner angenehmen Düfte und des Designs. ABER wenn du ihn als etwas Beruhigendes ansiehst, wirst du schnell deine Meinung ändern, wenn du etwas benötigst und sie dich nicht bedienen können, selbst wenn es nur einfaches heißes Wasser ist.

They gave me a latte macchiato, without asking, instead of the cappuccino I ordered. The milk foam was hard and soapy, the staff was rude and it was brutally overpriced for being so bad
