I visited this restaurant with my colleagues and we were pleasantly surprised. The menu, although limited, focuses on quality. There are still plenty of options, especially the customizable pizzas which are amazing. There are also seasonal specials available. While it is advertised as a tapas place, the portions are actually quite generous and the food is delicious. The drink selection, especially the beers, is extensive and the ambiance is relaxed yet stylish. This restaurant really stands out compared to others in the city. No6 Kitchenette in Hull is hands down my top restaurant choice! The staff is friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The chef is absolutely incredible - my wife and I have never tasted such perfect food before. The prices are very reasonable and the dishes are impeccably presented. Although the menu is small, every item is delicious. There is something for everyone, and I highly recommend it.
First time we have been to No6 kitchenette and we won't be in a rush to return. Very disappointed, Christmas Eve not busy in there but already Certain food they had run out of from the menu Certain wine they had ran out of that too Food very average Place was cold Never got offered desert menu or coffee maybe they had ran out of that to) Sorry to say we would be in NO Hurry to return
Went with a large group reserved 20+ seats, when we got there no seats available. Diners were being asked to leave as their table was needed for us. Another group of 20+ was there too, plus a smaller group. 3 staff to serve drinks and food. Tepid food, cramped space, too many people not enough staff. Not a pleasant experience.
The menu is versatile and flexible enough for big impressive meals and the very cost effective weekly treat with the market menu. Always had good service and can't help comparing every other place to no.6 when I'm eating out!
The food and service at this restaurant were fantastic - I couldn't find a single fault! I can truly say that this was one of the best Sunday roast dinners I have ever had. I will definitely be returning in the future.
