Whenever I pass by Henry’s Diner I always see that there’s a line. I was really curious and decided to go there today. The first thing you will notice when you go in is the cleanliness of the place. It was really clean and well put together, I really liked that. The staff was friendly, the seat was comfortable and the atmosphere was welcoming. Now, the food, yeah, it was very much mid.I ordered a meatloaf with gravy which comes with veggies (broccoli and carrots) and french fries. The veggies were well done boiled, they added cooked garlic onto, I really liked that because it gave the baggies flavor (but I’m biased because I really like garlic) the fries were good, they were seasoned and crisp...

I visited Henry's Diner in Piscataway, New Jersey at around 3:10 P.M on Tuesday, November 7. This diner was on campus at Rutgers. There are parking spots available throughout Livingston campus. The cost of my meal was around $10. The hostess outside of the diner asked me how many people were with me. I was going by myself, so I told her only one. The diner was clean and tidy, and it was a more modern environment as compared to the retro/vintage environment usually seen in diners. There was a red/scarlet theme inside of the diner, and I think this may be due to the association with Rutgers University. I waited outside of the diner for about a half hour during lunchtime, and I felt overwhelmed...

Went to Henry's Diner for the first time this semester. overall, going during lunchtime on a Thursday, there was still a line forming around 11:45. Not a great experience to wait outside in 0c weather, but it luckily, we were brought inside quickly. Diner pretty much only serves Rutgers students, though I believe it is open to the public.. I got a cold BLT sandwich, my partner got a monte cristo. BLT sandwich was very good, not that greasy and filling. However, I wish Henry's offered different options for sides, instead if just fries and coleslaw. The monte cristo was also very good, but there was too much oil. Service was fair and server was friendly. Pricing is expensive if your not using...

Henry's Diner has some great food selection options. I went with an American Cheeseburger with fries, and it was very tasty. Before you go in though it might be a good idea to look at the menu. The atmosphere felt homey and gave off that typical diner look. The diner itself was kept very clean. The customer service was good and makes you feel welcomed. It has places where you can eat alone or with a group of friends. So, no matter if you want to eat alone or with friends you can. The one issue I have is the insane wait time. So, you might have to wait awhile which can sometimes be increased with the more people you bring. Overall, I will definitely be coming back. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

On a brisk November afternoon, I visited Henry's Diner at Rutgers. The diner's warm ambiance was a welcome contrast to the chilly weather. I ordered a Denver Omelet, which turned out to be an excellent choice. The omelet was skillfully prepared, fluffy, and brimming with fresh, quality ingredients, encapsulating the essence of a classic Denver Omelet. The service was both friendly and prompt, enhancing my dining experience. This cozy spot is perfect for those seeking a comforting meal in a chilly setting. The diner's atmosphere, coupled with delicious food and commendable service, makes it a must-visit. Highly recommended for a satisfying meal on a cold day.

I ordered the Nutella crepe with added bananas (which comes at an extra cost), while my partner opted for a sandwich. The sandwich was larger and more filling, but it was priced similarly to my crepe. The crepe was quite thin—expected for a crepe, but it wasn't enough to be satisfying on its own. I recommend sharing two dishes: one substantial and another for dessert, as we did. A meal swipe covers up to $12 and includes a drink, either coffee or tea. They have a sign indicating that meal swipes are valid until 5 PM. Overall, I found the food to be quite good, but the best part was definitely the ambiance.

Pretty good! In comparison to most Rutgers facilities, this blows almost everything else out of the water. Unlike most places here, this feels like an actual restaurant. The food was great and cooked well, but some of the dessert options were lacking. The price also ends up being pretty crazy unless you pay with swipes (and even then is a bit much).

I have to admit, I wasn't anticipating much from a restaurant on campus, but I was pleasantly surprised. There was a 30-minute wait due to college students using their meal swipes, but overall the food was tasty, and the service was excellent. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Henrys diner is great. The food is good.Just can’t understand why the hours are so strange and limited for literally being on a college campus.
