Ate here with my wife and really enjoyed our meal. We shared avocado vinaigrette to begin (very but really tasty), followed by a deep-fried camembert and nut salad and mussels, both of which were simple but very effective. A fraction of the price of...next-door Pinede Plage. If you are looking for haute cuisine go elsewehere, if you want an enjoyable beach lunch, come here. Only negative was that they were very busy when we were there and the staff were swamped. After asking for the bill for mins, we gave up and told them we would be on the sun-loungers. Settled up a couple of hours later, which didn't seem to bother the laissez-faire staff!
Beautiful setting so decided to have lunch there yesterday. Clearly our face didn't fit. We were completely ignored when we walked in so after a few minutes sat down at an empty table The family group serving were just running around like idiots and just...served everyone around us without ever acknowledging us. After minutes we left. Just don't waste your time or money going there. Horribly rude people. We ended up at the Snack Bar called Popeye at the far end of the bay and the food was great and the people delightful!
if it is for relaxation pass your way because the new team is not pro, not nice, not effective except for the addition. We waited 40 minutes when we arrived at 12 hours while we had booked. Moreover they fight between them, you serve the order of the table next, etc. we change the beach because it is not a holiday but only stress. To avoid.
So here's the deal, if you're not a table of 10 with the promise of beautiful addition that you represent and you don't know the new bosses of this restaurant renamed the hut and you'll wait 1 hour for a green beans salad and a grilled fish! Thankfully you're on the sea to wait. but honestly watch overheating!! everyone seems outdated!

We holiday in gassin every year with my parents, have visited this beach restaurant on many occasions when using the nice beach, food ok but the staff and owner always very rude abrupt and miserable, we much prefer the ponent plage restaurant at ponent plage...food amazing and great staff and sun beds.
disorganized and unfriendly. Disappointing.How to waste a good time in such a beautiful place. August 15th doesn't excuse everything you need to know to be pro and not attack customers under pressure!

The food is simple but always good quality and well presented. The home made tarts are a must!! The view is beautiful and the service is good.

Like Old faithful - Breakfast was delicious Had a "design it yourself" omelet with goat cheese, spinach and sweet onions.
I have to address some of the nonsense reviews oh here first lol
To complain about a wait is ridiculous.
