This was our first time at the restaurant. We waited 4-5 minutes to have our order taken to eat inside, then told to order drinks “at the other end”. That was at the other end of the counter where we were to pay for our meal. I waited there for 3 minutes to pay for our pizza order. The employee asked me what I wanted to drink and he saw that I told the other station, 2 drinks. There were 3 employees but they did not seem to be too busy, as 2 were talking to each other while the third was creating 2 salads. The tables were dirty, crumbs on the tables from prior customers. Love this place! So I usually order a pizza with pesto, vegan cheese, goat cheese, tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach. Ethan, I don’t know if that’s the manager or an employee, he called and told me the pesto sauce has dairy in it. I don’t know if the business requires their employees to call customers and inform them of dairy if the pizza looks vegan, or if it was the employee’s choice. Either way, the company hired the right people. I am not vegan, nor do I have dietary restrictions, but I know other people do and I want you to know that this place is looking out for you. (P.s. First time experience with Herb Fire We ordered pick up and I inadvertently ordered from the wrong location. Thankfully they called to clarify the order and offered to transfer the order to the other location. When we got there to pick up, the manager came out with the order, no problems. The pizza is amazing; great food for a great price. We also ordered a Ceasar salad which was fresh and tasty as well. This place deserves all the praise! Food: 5
Fantastic Pizza! We loved the create your own, because they had any topping you could imagine. From Grilled broccolie to blue cheese, they had 40+ toppings. Another bonus is you get unlimited toppings when buying the pizza, and don’t have to pay for each individual topping. They have craft drinks, and craft lemonade. The interior is decorated nice, and the outdoor seating is comfortable. Defiantly recommend this pizza place.

I usually don't have high expectations when ordering a salad to go from a restaurant, but let me tell you, this was the best salad I have ever tasted. It was exceptionally good. I even saved half for the next day and it still tasted delicious. My husband ordered pizza and cheese bread, and he devoured most of it, so I assume it was good too.
Went there for lunch today and ordered number nine with pesto. The pesto sauce was probably half an inch thick with lots of oil floating on top. I went with my best friend who is also vegan. We ordered a custom pizza with vegan cheese and the staff was so beautiful and used various utensils when cooking our pizza. We also have bread sticks with vegan cheese! This place is great and the staff seems excited when we have ordered vegan options
