I would probably rate 3.5 stars if halves were an option. Some things were very good, and some not at all. First, the food: bread was good but took a while to get, the Firecracker Shrimp appetizer had too much tartness maybe lime juice? But the spice and shrimp in it as well as the wonton chips served with it were good. My entree of the bbq salmon was excellent. My husband's entree of the Risotto with chicken was totally bland. The risotto had no flavor at all and the chicken was also totally bland, like they completely forgot salt or any other spices. The vibe is perfect for a date night or anniversary celebration. It 's a big space and was very empty inside for a Saturday 6-8pm, however we did not mind. Turns out everyone was outside on the patio.The waiter, Harvey, was very nice and accommodating. We ordered the Margherita Flatbread as an appetizer to share, however, very surprised it was served on a cracker with no basil... very disappointing as it doesn 't state this on the menu. For $15, I expect it to be on a dough at least. Dinner was good. I enjoyed the Honey Roasted Airline Chicken. Pesto was fresh tasting. And my partner had the Herbies Burger. We came in for dinner on Sunday evening both tried their Fried Chicken special. It was phenomenal perfectly crisp juicy. The green beans were worth coming back for alone! They were cooked al dente with garlic bacon. The service was extremely friendly and attentive, from the time we walked in the door until we left. The ambiance was pleasant, with some unique music playing throughout the bar. I look forward to returning soon!
It was very busy for a week day night but was seated quickly. We had the signature espresso martini which was very tasty. The server suggested the halibut special and that was amazing. For dessert we split the chocolate tort and lemon tart both were great. We had a wonderful night on the patio. We will definitely be back.

The patio is the best in Clayton. We had the escargot and mussels both were great. The new menu has a lot more diversity and has something for everyone. Our server was so kind and sent out a birthday dessert without us even having to mention it to them. It was a great experience and will be back soon.
Elise was a fabulous server. Quaint gem. We had never been despite driving by daily and seeing so many happy people on the patio. Menu quite French. Grand space could really have some events there if needed. Didn't have wine we wanted, but reasonable alternative We'll be back
Lovely dining experience outside. Excellent brunch food. Love their version of shrimp and grits and all American breakfast options: great pancakes, eggs, bacon, and omelettes. Refreshing cocktails. Attentive service and love their playlist —-we will be back!
Two of the four entries had the wrong ingredients. The service was indifferent. We split the bill four ways (evenly), and the waiter handled the return of the cards and bills poorly. Definitely not a $30 lunch, particularly with no alcohol.

Charlie and Ronny were absolute treasures at the bar. Came in for the first fried chicken night. Came out quick and hot. Maybe a little more salt, but, if that's my only thing, I can ask for more.
Honey airline chicken was uncooked. Told the friendly waitress and she apologized and brought another plate and again that was uncooked!
