This cozy bar offers an extensive selection of beer, cider, and whiskey. The draft options change frequently, and there's a large inventory of canned and bottled drinks available for takeout at a discounted price. The staff and owner are exceptionally friendly. Additionally, the rewards program is easy to accumulate points with each visit, providing you with discounts or even free drinks when needed. I also find myself returning just to see the adorable cat that roams around the pub (as shown in the picture). Price per person: £10–20.
A Sunday lunchtime visit, we were the first customers of the day. Very welcoming and knowledgeable barman guided us through the beers on tap that day. Dog friendly. Don't expect a regular bar. This place, in the backstreets of Hereford, specialises in the rarely seen, more unusual craft beers and ciders with a shop area for take-out. Definitely, worth a visit if you're in the area.
