the restaurant brother pedro is one of the classics among the guachinches of the island of haveife. If you really want to try the true Canarian food, as it has always been done and without the adaptation for the tourist, you have to visit a guachinche, and the pedro brother is, without a doubt, a good choice. there you can find classic dishes of canarian food such as the staircase, party meat, goat meat, canary chickpeas, wrinkled potatoes with mojo, sweet clay. all this at prices you haven't seen for many decades. the last time we ate 5 people (scaldon, goat meat, party meat, grilled combo, wet potatoes, chickpeas, beers, soft drinks and coffees) for 30 €. really hard to overcome. they do n...
What a great little place, just off the main road to/from Vilaflor guaranteed to fuel you up for the next challenge. The food was very authentic and there were nice views from the terrace. Inside is massive and I am thinking very popular on chilly days. I had to decline the free shot at the end unfortunately the downside of driving! Could not fault the staff and they made the meal even more enjoyable, I can recommend the and I saw a meal go by and got a bit of food envy!
That's why the restaurant (not a guachinche, and everything they call guachinche because it seems to be fashionable) has a stagnation that makes me personally crazy. the rest of the dishes are very good too and in the end when you order the happiest account that stays, incredibly cheap. Attention is also excellent. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to eat well and at very good price.
Ifonche is wonderful place, especially trail over Baranco del Infierno. But there are also very nice restaurants on the way there. Bar restaurante Hermano Pedro is on of those.
