If you 've never had Herman 's Marshmallow doughnuts you are really missing out! I grow up on Herman 's goodies as my mother was from Baltimore- Sparrow Point-Dundalk area. My very favorite, always, was is marshmallow doughnuts. Don 't get to have them too often as I have not lived in that area since I was a young child. But, every time I come there, I order them in advance. Most of my older relatives are gone now, so, I 'm rarely there. I 'll be there Sat. and I 'm calling to order a dozen doughnuts (have to order-they sell out quick! to take back to Richmond, VA with me. Herman 's was a big part of our childhood goodies memories (my cousins and I ..and I 'm 64!

This place definitely deserves five stars! The young man who worked there was very helpful. I was hoping to have a cake on Saturday morning on Thursday night. I had called other bakeries and said they needed longer, at some places 72 hours. He said it wanted a problem at all. I went Saturday morning and they had my cake ready to go. I had to buy candles there, but I was disgusting because I thought they were overpriced. You were actually cheaper. Our cake looked and was delicious. I recommend this bakery for those who are tired from supermarket tasteless cakes.

Old School Deliciousness. Fortunately, there are still real bakeries like Herman. their donuts are always soft and fresh and their pastries are from this world. I've always got black cupcakes as a child, but they're probably the best I had. There is really nothing to distinguish Herman's, all their baked goods are safe to satisfy. Best strawberry shortcakes around, even if you are not a strawberry shortcake fan. If you are in the area and have a sweet tooth, stop from Herman's and grab something good!

Herman's Bakery has become a tradition for my family and me. Two times a year, we make the thirty-minute journey to let my children choose their birthday cakes. Every time we're gone, we've met with excellent customer service and a variety of options. You're never disappointed. I've never picked up a cake to find him ready, nor have I ever left off his taste. I would recommend Herman to everyone in the Baltimore area, even if you are thirty minutes away like me.

Fantastic Cakes!!!!. This bakery has the best tasting cakes I have ever had. They are Fantastic!!!! Moist and delicious and the icing is very tasty. It is true that their staff is wonderful and eager to please. I definitely reccommend Herman's Bakery.
