This spot is by far THE BEST hero I’ve ever had the PLEASURE of eating at. My girlfriend and I decided to dine in and the quality, presentation, service… unbelievable. I wish I could have taken a picture prior to eating the meal, but I couldn’t help myself. I was transported to another universe, I closed my eyes and all of my problems went away with every bite. My taste buds melted, and so did my heart. Thank you to this location and the staff for giving me the opportunity to experience such an amazing meal. God bless
You can build your own sandwich by selecting the type of meat, the type of bread, cheese, and several types of toppings. The burgers are 100% beef and are very tasty. There were three of us and we ordered three different sides to share: French fries, sweet potato fries, and onion rings, and we found them a little too oily, although tasty. Overall it was a good experience, and I will likely visit again.
Wow! What a place. Never had such a tasty burger in my life. Best plant based burger the vegetables were all fresh and patty was very tasty. The staff at this location is also super friendly. I went during the time of closing but I was surprised that the food quality and customer service was not comprised. 10/10Danish and team were amazing on 05/04. Extremely friendly.
Just went in few days ago… the restaurant was clean to my surprise… they served me promptly.. my burger was fresh and juicy.. they even offered complimentary ice cream to my child while we waited for our order. The guy at the counter told me the restaurant is under New Management now which explained the change in service and that they are open till midnight.
If anyone actually remembers, Hero burger was the first gourmet burger chain introduced customized burgers with fresh ingredients. I tried many other then recently went back to Hero again and I didn’t realize how good they were. I was told that this location is in new management and the staff were very friendly and caring. Definitely will come back!!!
This location is my favourite. I’ve been to many Hero locations but this place is the best. Friendly people and the burger taste so good. I ordered Action Hero and I have to go back for more. It taste so good. The guy there Danish is so friendly. I’ll definitely recommend this location to everyone. Thank you Danish for being so nice to us.
Expensive and Overrated. Poor Service. Called an Order in. Was told it would take 10 minutes. Went to pick it up and realized they forgot to make the order. Waited another 15 minutes. Afterwards the cashier made a mistake with the prices and ended up being overcharged. Complained to their head office and have not heard back from them.
My boyfriend ate 2 burgers and still tried to steal mine…That tells you how good the food is. The presentation was also great! I’ve never had such a neatly presented fast food experience, especially at 12:00am. The young girl and man who were working were extremely nice, can’t wait to come back!
They don't eat here unless they want to get sick. I ordered the atlantic haddock burger, it was really fat. the freezing oil is really old and it is not a clean or hygienic place to eat. the salate was not washed, it had visible dirt.
