The restaurant was very compliant with COVID-19 protocols, including social distancing, contactless drink dispensers, and a barcode menu. The service was excellent and the food was top-notch. I highly recommend trying the Wild Alaskan Salmon Supreme, served on a ciabatta bun with red roasted pepper, zucchini, and mango sauce. Despite being delicious, it is also only 415 calories.
they didn't tell me my order number. they brought my food, didn't want to drink me a cup. as it turned out, the fountain drink dispenser was broken. I had to find out how to get my drink. also a hired picking tablet called me when eating and asked me if there are pills behind me. do I look like I work here? walk the 15 feet and find out. the food was ok, the service was lukewarm.
I like Hero in general because you get good value for your money but at this location we didn't get what we expected.My Italian deluxe had 1 small piece of dry chicken, instead of portobello they threw in some watery mushrooms from a can and the blue cheese was missing completely.My wife's burger was dry and tasteless.Sorry guys, the quality should always be there!
Great Burgers, We were doing some work at the restaurant and decided to have a bite to eat while we were there and I personally have never had a Hero burger. beautiful location. they'll pick up some orders over there. was happy with it. good burger. but need more attention to the cleaning process. was a lot of breadcrumbs on the sofas.
