The cashier gentleman was really helpful, he was single handedly managing the front and back of the kitchen but that didn’t impede on his customer service skills. We asked for a vegetarian burger suggestion and he very gracefully suggested the right patty and the toppings that would compliment it.Based on his suggestion we ended up getting the Vegetarian Crispy Chick’n Burger with Onion Rings. It was delicious, would go there again.We didn’t catch his name, but thankyou for your gracious service
This place has the best burgers and exceptional service in town! I happened to discover it over the weekend, and I had a wonderful experience with the staff. They recommended their top burger, and to my delight, it was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this spot for both dining in and taking out—you won't be disappointed!
Don’t bother coming here if you’re really hungry or in a hurry. The wait for a simple burger is absurd. Half the time there isn’t even anyone at the counter to take orders. I’ve personally watched people leave because they weren’t being served.Over priced and poorly operated, at least the location at Young and King St., Toronto

Genuinely, it was a very comfortable place, and I was really impressed by how friendly and polite Suman was in accommodating our large group. The service was excellent.
I was ordering for the first time and the employee named brinali was really patient while taking my order even at 2 am! I left so happy with my food order.
