West View is an absolutely outstanding restaurant—truly a 10/10! It’s one of the best dining experiences I've ever had. Everything about this place is top-notch: the building, the staff, the artwork, and the decor are all exceptional. The food is incredible! They offer a vast and diverse menu with options for everyone, including plenty of vegan and gluten-free choices, which I think would really appeal to all diners. This restaurant embodies a fusion of traditional artistry and culinary excellence. It’s a place that will always hold a special spot in our memories, and I wholeheartedly recommend it!
we tried this restaurant by chance, but we were happy. sitting up and down, which is convenient. the staff were friendly and helpful and shared opinions about menu choices. the service was good, although the restaurant and the food have come quickly. good menu choice and foot was well presented and tasteful. would definitely recommend and come back.
Travelling to the Lake District from London. Went for dinner and got there around 20.15 on a Saturday without a reservation. We were seen to straight away and sat down. Two female waitresses were very friendly and attentive we had drinks starters and a main course which were all great along with a complimentary duck. Definitely would recommend!
We grabbed some sushi before heading to a movie nearby. Our server was incredibly helpful in taking our order and suggesting which dishes would be quicker to prepare since we were pressed for time. We managed to order a starter and shared two sushi rolls. I also recommend trying the gin and tonic, which I believe was Japanese—it was delicious!

Really friendly staff. They were very accommodating and helpful with meal recommendations. The food was really good. I would definatley recommend as we had a lovely experience. The atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant with a no rush attatude.
