I enjoyed a cozy breakfast and lunch spot situated in a lovely location near the water. During my breakfast visit, I decided to try their French toast stuffed with cream cheese, but I wasn't a big fan of it ($9.45). I found that regular cream cheese doesn't really pair well with French toast; I think cream cheese frosting would be a much better match. On the bright side, the French toast itself was excellent, made with thick slices of airy bread. I also ordered a plain pancake, which was delightful—light and fluffy, with a pleasing sweetness, and a decent size ($3.45). The coffee was good, not watery at all. Service was fantastic, and my waitress was incredibly friendly.

One of my all-time favorite diners. It's always bustling, but service moves quickly. The staff is very friendly, and the food is absolutely delicious. I highly recommend trying a bagel grilled to perfection. The corned beef hash is exceptional—very peppery and pairs nicely with the potatoes. The clam chowder is also fantastic. Overall, a great dining experience for breakfast!
Quiet, local hangout, friendly people. The server must have been new. She was fluent and had to be reminded of my presence, but I can forgive myself because we were all new at some point. The atmosphere is comfortable and the other employees were supported by the nervous lady. The food is homemade and satisfying. The whole city gives a great mood and I will visit again. High flood is a great place to go to breakfast. I'll go there at least twice a month with my wife and my children. The atmosphere is ideal for children and family. Staff and servers are very friendly in service is fast. Parking can sometimes be a fight, but it is worth coming here to taste their breakfast
The restaurant was overpriced, served small portions, and the overall experience was disappointing. I went for breakfast and the cost per person ranged from $50 to $100. The food received a rating of 3 out of 5, the service was slightly better at a 4, but the atmosphere only rated a 2.
