Whenever we travel to Northwest Indiana or are heading to destinations west or south, we always make a stop for a donut (or two) and coffee before continuing on our journey. We like to think of ourselves as Hi-Way Bakery's best customers from Grand Rapids, MI. The donuts and pastries are incredibly delicious, and the coffee is always hot and fresh. The atmosphere reminds me of the bakery where my grandmother worked when I was a child. They often say to stop and smell the flowers, but I say stop for a donut and coffee, and your day will surely improve.
