I visited the restaurant yesterday, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food was served cold and was not appetizing at all. The woman at the front desk was very rude, and the staff seemed to look at me with disdain. They brought my check without even asking for it, and when I chose not to leave a tip, she became upset and started speaking another language. I felt that there was no reason to tip when the service was rude from the moment I sat down. They also didn’t clean our table or remove our plates unless we specifically asked. The food was average, but the staff was rude. We visited the restaurant two days in a row, and the crab we ordered wasn’t clean. On the first day, the girl at the front desk lacked manners and failed to greet us when we said hello. On the second day, we left a $10 tip for our server, but she asked for more, displayed a poor attitude, and left the tip on the table. Tips should be given willingly, not demanded, especially when the service is unsatisfactory. After two visits, I cannot recommend this place anymore. The staff needs to be more professional and courteous to their customers.
I was scammed twice by this restaurant. They claimed their credit card machine was down, so I paid in cash. However, my change was $6 short. When I pointed it out, the staff member said, “It’s Sunday.” I replied that I was aware of the Sunday prices and asked for the original receipt, but she claimed she accidentally threw it away. She then said she had mistakenly charged me for two drinks and handed me the $6. This happened more than once. You've lost a monthly customer over a measly $6. Additionally, the place is too busy, and the quality of the food has declined.
horrible they suck and the employees are absolutely disrespectful, they should all be fired in my opinion cause they kept on laughing at my family and making jokes about us as if i don't understand them. the food is so mediocre and boring and there's a bunch of cross contamination so i wouldn't recommend going here, the place overall looks decent but the tables are way to small to be able to put our food on without it about to fall, this place sucks and they should really find better employees and actually respectful ones.

very poor experience, they have no manners and are very rude towards their guest. the food was terrible, it wasn’t cooked properly and made everyone sick. they also stood so close to us to the point we felt uncomfortable, not to mention the dead fish in their display pond. would definitely not recommend coming here and to top it off they charge over full price for food that wasn’t available not to mention how disgusting these bathrooms are. the floors are filthy they don’t even seem to be cleaned, absolutely disgusting
If I can give a negative star I would do so in a heart beat. I’ve been here many times to confirm that this establishment is racist. They seat all the darker skinned people in the back. I’ve never been seated in the front always ushered to the back. I would understand if at least once I sat in the front but I always find myself in the back with the darker complexion. They should be ashamed of themselves as we are trying to move forward not backwards during these times. . Take heed of this review.
Completely distroyed my Thanksgiving. They sat my father and I at a dirty table gave him a broken hot tea pot that spilled all over him then paraded us to the other side of the restaurant with jackets and drinks in hand. The food was cold sitting on warming trays. The staff was very impolite. Management wouldn't hear anything. Just tale the money and go. If I could give negative stars I would. I'm still stick from Thursdays dinner. They should be shut down.
