Normally, the only difference between such places is the cook and how friendly and interactive they are. The cook we got this time was great! Sad I don't remember his name, but he was kind, funny and cared for us. All servers were also great. They were friendly and very attentive, so our drinks were always full. DEFINITELY RECOMMEND: Here at Hibachi One for a Sunday afternoon lunch. No wait and was seated within 5 minutes. Friendly staff, very attentive always checking to make sure all was well at the table. Ordered Hibachi chicken, filet mignon and sushi. All were incredibly tasty and the Hibachi grill food was well seasoned. As usual cook's were very entertaining; menu pricing as expected (between and for a Japanese restaurant. I'll definitely go back. Enjoy yourself at Hibachi One.
We went to my granddaughter's birthday (Party of 7) and we all loved it. The barbecue was excellent and let us laugh. The food was so much better than the other Japanese place Uptown. The grandchildren ordered sushi for a starter and we all had the Hibachi Steak or chicken as our main course. It was all very good. This was our first time there and we enjoyed it very much. Very recommended! PS, excellent Gin Tonics!
The experience was fantastic. The drinks were amazing and reasonably priced. The waitstaff was beautiful, sweet, and very attentive to ensuring our experience was top-notch. The Mother's meal was wonderful. We were seated in the dining area, but it was still a great experience.

Our chef Sam was funny and cooked the food perfectly! While our waiter Paul made sure we had everything we needed!! First hibachi experience was a win and will definitely return.

First experience at Hibachi One! Great experience, the rice could be special when paying $25 pp for meal. Chef was nice and entertaining.
