Hibbitt's is a treat not to be missed. This was our first treat after moving across country to Farmersville. We love ice cream. The menu of special homemade ice creams is vast, but my favorite (so far) is the Snickers ice cream. Pralines Pecans, coffee ice creams with a little drizzle of chocolate sauce ummm out of this world. We had the good fortune to meet one of the owners, Stephanie Hibbitt, and chat with both her and the young counter girl, Ella. What a lovely experience hearing how Hibbitts came to be. The fun red white decor of baseball revisited is unique. We have been back several times, and will be going many times again.
It is one of the colder days in Texas. We'd just come from a hot soup lunch. On our way to Farmersville, we drove by Hibbitts. What could be better on a really cold day than ice cream? What a variety. The owner was perfecting his waffle cone recipe. He makes the cone right there on the premises. The ice cream was tasty. The service was excellent. No complaints here. Guaranteed no ad hominem attack on a fellow American sharing his ideas and beliefs-whether I agree or not. Thanks for keeping an old-school ice cream business alive Hibbits.
Hard Pass!!! I've been wanting to try this place for awhile and finally decided with a few days of warmer weather to try it. Was not impressed at all. Ice cream and cones are fine, but not worth the price. Can gat the same taste and more from store bought ice cream. But glad I figure that out before taking visiting family there. Also, the woman that works there seems to not be happy with life and had this sour face on the whole time we where there. She should not be in a customer facing job.
So surprised and delighted to find an ice cream place out here with several homemade dairy free ice cream flavors! I believe there were 5 flavors super refreshing to have a selection and I tried the coconut pineapple. Little bit of a chalky texture but excellent flavor. Will most definitely make the drive to come back. They also have boozy ice cream not sure if any of those are df, but it might just be worth it to try.

This restaurant offers genuinely homemade ice cream in an incredible variety of flavors. If you think you can find ice cream like this in stores, you're mistaken. No store can match the unique flavors and high quality of ice cream made here. The customer service is excellent, and the owner is wonderful. There’s absolutely nothing negative about this place. Forget what others say; you have to experience it for yourself!
Their flavors are absolutely delicious. I didn't even consider a review until I saw someone else's review where they rated 1 star simply because of an EPIC window art of their political view. They didn't even try the ice cream. I just wanted to balance out the ratings since they have no say in the quality of this place. Go get their ice cream. Its fantastic. And remember, Let's go Brandon!!!!
Absolutely wonderful family-run establishment! We really enjoy the adult ice cream selections, and the salted caramel flavor is absolutely delicious! The kids are crazy about the cookies and cream. I would appreciate more topping options, as I enjoy adding extra goodies to my ice cream, but the house-made chocolate cone is fantastic!
Great service and the owner is super sweet.. the ice cream is a million times better then Brahms ice cream and that is sooo saying something he even has 21 and over flavors how cool is that.. my favorite is the birthday cake
