Stopped in to the Hickory Tavern for lunch. I had the Pecan Rubbed, Smoked Cedar Salmon, Crispy Brussel Sprouts Tater Tots. Everything was prepared perfectly was absolutely delicious! Salute to my wonderful server, Candace. She was very polite, professional just a Sweetie. She was there for anything I needed. Anytime I'm in the Homewood area, I'm coming back to the Hickory Tavern! I love how they support The Independence Fund to help Veterans!

We have lunch at Hickory Tavern once a week. My husband loves the smokehouse burger and gets it every week. He won’t order a burger anywhere else. I love the smokehouse burger but I tend to lean toward healthier choices. I love the Asian power bowl with tuna and the shrimp tacos. The service is always excellent from friendly, courteous staff. Will is the best bartender and Jason is a super manager.
The bartender was nice. I ordered a take out veggie burger with sweet potato fries. I don't think I will be going back after this time. The burger was salty and I paid an extra 1.99 for sweet potato fries and received a little. I've ordered a veggie burger other times and it's never been salty. I wasn't pleased with this order. The wings had more of a char taste than I prefer. Our waiter kept disappearing and we sat with empty drinks for way to long. I looked up and spotted our waiter across the room on his phone and he stood there looking at his phone for well over 15 minutes while we sat looking around for service.
Listen!! These wings are everything you have been waiting for! Extra crispy but still moist and flavorful! Homemade ranch was like the icing on the cake ?! Thanks for excellent service! Please give the kitchen staff a raise!!!! Thank you!! This is the before and after!!!!
Came her on Memorial Day and was seated very quickly. Ordered the cedar salmon with yellow rice. Salmon was very tasty but the rice fell short and had no flavor. The greens served also were very tasty. Overall a good experience.
Visited on a Tuesday night and it was pretty empty. Service was good, food was quick and the beer is cold. Plenty of TV's for viewing any sporting event that was going on that night,they had every angle covered. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch
I'll give it four stars not five. The food was okay. Service was excellent. The restaurant wasn't crowded. It was clean.
