I never leave reviews, but I have to take the time here on this one today because I love burritos and I want the best for Alamo. I’m a big burrito guy this place managed to manufacture the blandest, most flavorless asada burrito. I am originally from the NorthEast US where Mexican food is not necessarily a staple. If lunchables were to create a lunch burrito package, it might be better than Hi Tech’s. I feel like could’ve made a better burrito by gathering the raw ingredients from the Safeway Nextdoor, dropping them into a tortilla and letting it cook in the sun on the hood of the truck. Maybe that’s me being a bit extra, but bewarnedburrito will make u depressed

We come here all the time to get the kids B&C burritos and usually have a great experience! I couldn’t find the owner email so I will share here. Today when my order was “ready” the employees said a name (I couldn’t understand) and then signaled to me that my order was ready. By the time I got home I realized it was the wrong order. I went back to pick up my correct order only to realize an item was missing. When I asked for one more Itty bitty B&C they gave me the hardest time about making it on the house. Please ensure you have employees that can speak enough English to properly intake orders and understand how to rectify cust sat issues. Thanks!

Service is fast and friendly, plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, but... the food just isn't good. The chicken in the fajitas plate was dry and tasteless, as if plain chicken breast had been boiled, and then sprinkled with a little bit of seasoning. The Spanish rice was dry and I'm didn't have a lot of flavor. The refried beans were fine--basically what you'd get out of a can of refried beans from the supermarket. Tortillas were subpar, like Mission brand tortillas from the market. This might be good Mexican food in the Midwest, but it can't compete in a Californian market.

The fajita burrito was a flavorful delight, blending grilled meat, sautéed vegetables, and zesty seasoning in a satisfying wrap.
