The standard guest rooms are advertised as offering stunning views of Surfers Paradise beach or the Gold Coast hinterland; however, they actually provide city views with only faint glimpses of the hinterland. Additionally, there was no mini-bar in my room as promised. Instead, my view was of an adult store and a bunch of air conditioning units. If it's a city view, why not just say that?

We stayed in the orchid rooms which are privately owned. We stayed in room 24402 which is on the 44th floor. It's seperate to the Hilton but with access to all of the Hilton pools, spas, saunas ect. Lovely and easy to collect the key only a block away and easy access to parking which was free. Hotel is nice and clean. Room is big (2 bedroom). Only thing which gave this a 4 star rating is the carpets were still very wet and slippery when we arrived from being cleaned (least they were clean) and the kitchen had next to nothing to cook with... 3 pans, no toaster or frying pans. I vowed never to stay at a Hilton again after my experience in Adelaide, and this time was no different. I booked a reservation at 3 PM, but when I arrived, I was told that the canapés and drinks were available from 6 to 8:30 PM, even though check-in was from 6 to 8 PM. The hotel store didn't have any prices listed for the wine, so I had to check individually for each item. My bags were delivered to the wrong room, and the air conditioning felt like a sauna. Even the maintenance man had to use a flashlight to fix it! The quality here is worse than in Adelaide—it’s really disappointing. I’d recommend renting a caravan instead.
(Purchased with quite a bit of discount for the room, deluxe 2 bed room on highest floor... Yay: Great to have a kitchen and close woolsworth nearby. Super large for just the 2 of us. Fantastic view and close to the beach and pretty much everything. Nay: Yes some dishes were not that clean, range hood didn 't work. Not the cleanest place for a Hilton. Staff could be a little bit more trained and helpful. Not sure if I would pay full price for this place but otherwise everything seems great. Was able to grab some fresh lamb at woolsworth, fresh veggies and beer from BCA for a few nice home cooked meals.

The location is excellent, with a convenient parking garage nearby. There are plenty of dining options in the area. The hot tub is available, but it’s not very hot—around 100 degrees—which might be a little disappointing. It would be nice to have a no-children policy after 8 PM. Additionally, there's an indoor pool perfect for laps. Breakfast can get quite busy, but there are many choices available. They do offer gluten-free options; however, if you're sensitive, be cautious of potential cross-contamination, particularly with the toaster. Overall, our gluten-free needs were met satisfactorily.
Hotel was one of the nicest I 've stayed in. However, I booked a 1 bedroom room back in February for my stay in May. I cancelled that reservation and booked a more expensive 2 bedroom suite. I was charged full price for both rooms and no one seems to want to help. I was labeled a no show even though I have proof I cancelled the reservation. The extra credit card charge came from Hilton Surfers Paradise, and the hotel tells me it 's Expedia 's problem. Poor customer service.
Went here for a holiday, the rooms are so Clean, the pool is so warm, I really thought that this hotel wants you to be there, it 's very inviting, perfect for a getaway from cold weather. Great room service, I had a pizza and I thought it was superb, I described it as beautiful, magical, stunning no doubt I would come here again.
I love the way they treat there gold members, the perks are amazing the service is always great and although it's late there always smiling. The view is always great when your 36 levels high.

Good place to stay with kids n family. All place to go just by walking . Hilton service apartmen got a free wifi. Can't wait to come back again...
Excellent hotel, with fabulous executive lounge staff. I will return.
