When they gave us room key didn’t work.. 3 trips back and forth to finally get in room (while I had a partner that needed to use the bathroom)Bathroom sink was disgusting, it looked like dried up puke in it, called housekeeping, came and cleaned… but then I went to wash face noticed sink got clogged and filled up with Reminence from the pipe…GROSS.Bugs were crawling on bed side table.So tell Paris… Hilton for the stay NO WAY!!!!Rooms: Dirty and disgusting, sink was clogged and had caked on Reminence from the pipes on sink bowl looked like throw up.
The hallways have an unpleasant smell that you wouldn't want to encounter. After spending a lot of time in hotels, I can confidently say this is the worst-smelling place I've experienced. While the lobby is decent, the area beyond the elevators is quite off-putting—it's best to breathe through your mouth! Additionally, if you book a standard room, be aware that it doesn't come with a microwave or fridge. I would recommend finding another hotel; this place may seem appealing at first, but once you're in the room, you'll understand. On a positive note, the rooms themselves are clean.
The restaurant only offered a buffet for $19 per person, with no other menu options available. The snack area was quite limited, so we had to drive about two miles to CVS to get drinks, juice, and snacks for my grandson. To make matters worse, there were dogs in the hotel, which my grandson is allergic to.
Come on, Hilton! This place is in the middle of nowhere, and it really needs improvement. If I were to continue with this review, it wouldn’t be very positive. The rooms were damp and smelled unpleasant, plus the showers were not functioning properly.
I'm currently staying in a room next to a noisy family, and I called the front desk to report the issue. I spoke with Christopher C, who was dismissive and seemed unconcerned. He claimed he sent security, but as far as I know, no one came to my door. He refused to involve the manager and told me that I would have to call the police myself. The arrogant and indifferent customer service was, unfortunately, the worst aspect of my experience. I'm sending this message at 2:22 AM because I still can’t sleep, and I will be requesting a full refund.

Horrible experience. The people who work at the front desk are completely inept. The gentleman booked me for a room as approached the door I heard some noises thought it was from the room next door. I open the door and saw 4 people already in the room. Went back to the front desk. No apology just gave me another room. None of the lights worked in the room and worst part was when I woke up in the morning someone took a **** in my bed. Never going back
The pillows were shedding cotton everywhere, and the rooms could use some updates. However, compared to other places, the atmosphere was very peaceful and relaxed. Overall, it was a pleasant experience and a great place to stay. Plus, there’s plenty of parking available. Rooms: Could definitely use some updating!
I recently stayed at this restaurant and had the pleasure of meeting Amanda! She was incredibly friendly and assisted me with a big smile. The room was even more amazing! I highly recommend this location—it's been the best experience I've had with this chain in a long time, from start to finish! Rooms: 5/5
Update on 9/2: Management has since reached out and mentioned that they are working on making improvements. I have adjusted my rating to 3 stars, as there is room for improvement in communication, but they are making an effort to fulfill their promises.

Not all rooms have microwaves and/or small refrigerators. One of my relatives needed a fridge because of her medication, and her room didn't have one. I feel this site should be updated.The grounds were nice and spacious. It's a good place for banquets and weddings.
Two amazing pools. Outdoor pool is 9ft deepand decent temperature. The indoor pool is warm and has a hot tub. We ate at the restaurant twice and really enjoyed the foodWalkability: Nothing close byNoteworthy details: Great place for a wedding
