This has to be one of the worst stays I have ever had staying at a Hilton hotel I am going to try and be a kind as I can with this review. First let's start off by saying this hotel had to be a different brand hotel I'm guessing before Hilton put its name on it or something I'm guessing!. The hotel was damp moist everything was wet my clothes that my wife put up in the closet that night when I got up the next morning we're damp wet,moisture. The rooms smelled the tables in the room were like wet not to mention peeled like they were extremely old or something. The restaurant didn't have like a menu they only had buffet $19 per person. There snacks well there was hardly anything in there snack...
Property is pretty much falling and their hotel rates are astronomical. The vents are so bad we got sick after our stay and checked out early.I requested that I receive credit for the one night that was canceled. Hotel managment stated they would reimburse me for the entire stay and now no manager is available.Update to review on 9/2Management has since responded back and mentioned they are working on improvements. I 've updated the service to 3 stars, as communication can be improved but they do work on fulfillment as promised.Rooms: DisgustingSafety: Non-existent
Currently staying in a room that is next to a loud family guest. Call the front desk and spoke to Christopher C who was dismissive and did not care about the issues. Said he sent security up but nothing was done and no security person went to the door to my knowledge. It would not get the manager and tell me I had to call the police. Above all else has arrogant and dismissive customer service was the worst part of this experience. I will be asking for a complete refund since I am sending this message at 2:22 in the morning because I cannot sleep still.
The hallways smell like every type of DISGUSTING smell you can imagine. I 'm literally living out of hotels and this is HANDS DOWN the worst smelling place there is. The lobby is ok and right after the elevators but after......breathe out your mouth! Also if you get a standard room no microwave and no fridge. Stay somewhere else, this place is disguised as good but once you get a room, make sure to breath out your mouth!Rooms: Clean
