A large group of my family and friends came to consider a wine tasting during an event, and we encountered extremely rude treatment when we asked questions about the various wines available. We had intended to purchase several higher-end bottles as gifts for our family visiting from overseas, but the staff's unfriendliness ultimately led us to change our minds. Bringing our overseas family to this establishment was quite embarrassing given the poor customer service. I recently bought a 6-pack using a Groupon, and I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the wines. I usually don’t expect much when I use a Groupon for wine purchases, but this experience exceeded my expectations. Most wines can be hit or miss, but these were quite good.
