This is one of my top favorite places to eat in Jonesboro, AR. The management and staff are always friendly and professional. The service is quick and I have never had any mistakes made on my order any time I visit. The prices are reasonable considering the type of cuisine served. It is a place where the staff remembers you and you can tell you are appreciated as soon as you enter the door. The food is amazing, fresh and neatly arranged on your plate. I love the sushi and it never disappoints me whatever I order, whenever I order. I highly recommend anyone who likes Japanese cuisine give them a try because you will keep coming back!
Our waiter Ben was just awesome! Food was great as always but today the sushi fell apart a little too easily which is why I only did 4 stars. Overall, this is just a favorite spot of mine for great sushi! My boys love it as well which is always a plus when your children have a favorite spot!
Absolutely love this place! The food, the service, the vibe all IMMACULATE. Jonesboro has always disappointed me in the quality of affordable food, but not Hiro. It has made a special place in my heart, and I will always cherish and remember my experience at Hiro. 100/10 recommend.
I love sushi and sometimes hibachi, but I ordered sushi for takeout. Got home and notice I had not 1 not 2 but 3 hairs on my sushi rolls. Will definitely not recommend to absolutely ANYONE. As for parking, it can be a bit hit or miss. About 75% of the time, you can find a spot easily, but since the parking lot is shared with AT&T, it can get crowded when both places are busy. Fortunately, this doesn't happen very often.
My recent visit wasn't one of my best experiences. The food is usually good, but it felt like they were rushing everything this time. My main course arrived before my sushi roll, and the rice tasted barely seasoned.
I absolutely LOVE Hiro! They have the best sushi in Jonesboro, Arkansas. I've been coming here for years, and the staff is always quick and friendly. They consistently make me feel welcome.
