Ordered over the phone for pickup. The lady that answered the phone was not courteous. After the indicated, we went to pick up the order, and the same lady was not nice and was upset with something or someone or us for getting there before the order was ready. At least if the food was good, we would find a reason to recommend the place. Maybe it was a bad day for her, but the customers aren't scapegoats. Service: Takeaway
An awesome no frills Japanese sushi restaurant. The sushi was good no where near the best I ever had but the friendly staff and atmosphere more than made up for it. Unfortunately I was hoping for a good beer or sake menu but for now at least it’s BYOB. Portion sizes were good. What really won me over was the feeling of being at a family gathering.
I am lucky to travel around the world for living and was able to try Japanese restaurants pretty much everywhere. This place doesn't get any closer to what you could find in Shinjuku (Tokyo) not only in terms of food but atmosphere. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–50
The food was great! We had sushi and soup. Small place but atmosphere is very soothing. The lady wasn’t too friendly and asked if we had reservations but she still accommodated us. I will come back again but I hope I can see smiles this time. Reserviere jetzt einen Tisch

Sriracha on the spicy tuna was too overwhelming. It's not hot per say but the flavor is off. Just average overall sushi. Better places in Rutherford area.
