A very interesting concept is a first for us to eat in a doudoune... the staff, it was polar to say. Let us come to the most interesting, I understand how recycling plastics is done in France: it is probably in their meats, beef and chicken have a taste of rubber. The noodles were as hard as the eyes of the staff who observed us throughout our meal. For a dish, 3 pieces of meat drowned in a cold sauce. it looked more like a soup with onions/poivrons. It's very rare that I post negative but here. I highly recommend this restaurant. As for the positive comments either the palace is not developed or you have never eaten in an Asian restaurant worthy of this name.
Well eaten, but have to have time .... 1 hour between each order and with forgotten people As much as going to the Takara in the same street ....
Service a little slow while the restaurant was far from full. Nems and excellent skewers, against sushi and makis are not terrible.
Finally good Japanese restaurant at will, you feel it is done with fresh products, it really worth the detour I recommend it to you
