Good and service is still great, but the check in process and waiting area has some opportunities. Not everyone seems to know you have to check in online or at kiosk and no one is really available to help. That leaves a lot of people standing by the front door until someone comes by to ask if they have checking in via kiosk/online. The free tea in the waiting area is a nice feature, but it was empty. Might as well get rid of it, cause I would have been fine without it, but trying to fill a cup from an empty thermos in a crowded waiting area is kind of embarrassing and had no idea what to do with empty cup so I just put it back in the stack. I like their food. I 've been going there since it opened. Their food is great. It is very flavorful and fresh. Service can be a hit and miss, not matter if it 's during rush hour or slow times. Staff sometimes act as if their doing you a favor by serving you. On top of that, they add the gratuity tip to your bill with the option of taking it off. Which I 'm sure, like me most patrons don 't do out of embarrassment. It does get crazy busy during rush hour. And parking is available but depends on the time you go. Just walked in 5 min ago and said they were closed. The business closing time posted is 8:45. When we walked in a young lady said, sorry we are closed but you can order to go. When we get to counter, they say sorry we are closed. I told her the other young lady just said I could order. It 's very frustrating to go to businesses were the employees are ready to close and not take orders when they are still open according to their business hours.

They have a service fee that I could not have refunded. I would have much rather giving a bigger tip than the service fee. When you're traveling for work, meals and tips are reimbursed service fees are not. I got the tonkatsu ramen and pork buns. The tonkatsu broth is creamier and less savory than I?m used to but still delicious. I added the hot sauce and it was a perfect complement. The pork buns were good, I?d ask for a little less sauce next time. Overall pleasant experience.
Visited a client in Santa Fe Springs, it was near noon. I was just looking for something quick. Turned out to be very good, far exceeded my expectations. Noodle was just right, soup was flavorful. And there?s no line!
Food is decent for being one of the few Ramen places in the area. (Done Take Out and Dine In) But the fact that you can't place an order over the phone is ridiculous. Definitely losing out on business.

Food was great! Service was even better, thanks to the nice young lady, Bri. She was very helpful. We will definitely be going back.
Hand craft noodles and we like it..might come back when there is no line such as weekdays.
