Looking for quality sushi for my companion's birthday, my choice focused on Hiyori and we were not disappointed at all: We discovered a world of flavors and a gustative balance never disturbed, generous portions of fish and a varied map while remaining in the chef's specialty, sushi. After living in Japan for two years, we are accustomed to being disappointed by the small sushi restaurants in France. But we were extremely surprised by their quality. The fish was very fresh and very good, the midday bowls and very generous algae salads, and all came back for 20€/p, included drink. I would say that only the Californians have a little disappointed, and it was only because of the lawyer who was not mature enough, but the rest was really delicious! We'll be back with pleasure!

Simple and serene setting, discrete classical music, we enjoyed the quality of the suchis and sashimi, tuna and fresh and melting salmon.Japanese typical desserts, mochis and a delicious cheesecake with yuzu.Several saké of offer including a light petling in alcohol, we chose a dry saké that still makes 17.5 degrees. Here I am super thrilled to have been able to eat at hiyori :3the maki are good, the superb tea and what I preferred it are the desserts, to note that it is very interesting to find moshi and dorayaki ! in a previous comment, it is note that the water has a funny taste (I can be mistaken but there must be a habit to make a nice experience ... so weird when we do it

... and without any charm! we chose this restaurant after reading the reviews on tripadvisor, which do not exactly correspond to reality. very limited choice of sushi, makis etc. we do not even propose a bowl of rice. as to the present as modern frame, the term minimalism is a euphemism!!!

We are very trendy restaurant in Japonnais and, we found this excellent restaurant thanks to TripAdvisor.At such a point, that I ate 40 sushi!!!!!! my companion, a little less anyway.The algae salad is also very good as their "artisanal" beer. I recommend and we will return very quickly!

friendly but not very warm welcome. Simple sushi, good, but nothing extraordinary. The water had a funny taste. Home dessert was good. overall disappointed.

this place seems to be more authentic than other restaurants with valence sushi. the fish is delicious and very well cut. Go if you like sushi.
