The food from this place is great. BUT, it takes at least 45 mins on average to get through on the phone for a delivery. The phone is ringing, (therefore not engaged/busy), They can be rude when you do get through too. I have used...them many times, because as I said the food is great, but after trying again today to get through for almost 35 mins, it was answered and was informed to call back in about 15 mins as they couldn't take my order, when I said I have been trying to get through for around 30 mins, was told to call again. They open at 5pm. I appreciate they are busy but sorry they have now gone too far and so won't be using again. There are others in the area I can use, but unfortuna...
I placed an order for delivery at 6:00 PM and was still waiting at 8:10 PM! If you want to eat dinner on the same night, I recommend not ordering from here. After being a loyal customer for 10 years, I will never order from here again - they have lost a long-time customer.
The other day we ordered takeout from this restaurant. I was initially hesitant because we had trouble getting through, but once our order arrived, the food was amazing! It was the best Chinese food I've ever had.
I have been waiting for my delivery for over an hour now. The food is either cold or unsatisfactory, or hot and good - I will update once I try it. So far, I am not impressed.
Orders taken over the phone are quickly prepared. All freshly cooked. Excellent flavours and consistent quality. Friendly staff who remember you even if it's been a while.
