Yesterday, we stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. When we walked in, I was initially surprised to see TVs showing the Harlem Globetrotters, making me think it was a sports bar. However, after taking in the sushi bar and the decor, I quickly got over my initial confusion. May was our server and she was a delight to talk to. It was our first time there and she made sure everything went smoothly. The food was delicious - we enjoyed the BBQ squid legs, sushi, sashimi rolls, lemon grass shrimp, and Pork Ramen in classic broth. Update: consistently amazing! My go to is the Seared tuna salad and the rolls listed below. I have upgraded to eating there 2x a week.... Not kidding. 1/18 Best sushi I have ever had and I eat it often! In new to the area and I am addicted forever! I ordered spicy and regular tuna roll, California roll and an all seafood salad that they recommended which was mind blowing! Seriously customer for LIFE! I had to call them and say #welldone <3
Most impressive! The food here sets apart from the rest of the world, perfection is what the eye will encounter here..The taste beyond and far from another world..My experience was prefect, I don't think there is any other restaurant in the entire Puget Sound that compares to this one! We've been here 4 times now and every visit has been amazing! The staff are all friendly and attentive and the food is high quality and wonderful! I have visited this restaurant several times. The food is not only tasty, but also beautifully presented. The staff are very professional and cater to every need, even making the dining experience enjoyable for children. I highly recommend Ho Sushi Bistro!
Amazing menu with many unique items as well as the typical items... We had an appetizer called dinausarious egg... Deep fried avocado sushi... It was delicious... The bento box was plenty and great! Will be back to try more... Service was great as well...
The sushi at this restaurant is exceptionally delicious, and the staff went out of their way to make our anniversary dinner special. Even though it's not the nearest sushi restaurant to us, it is definitely the best, and we plan on returning frequently.

Super deliciousness! We had the soy based broth for the vegetable ramen that was amazing. We also had the steak and lobster hibachi! Everything on my plate was mouth watering goodness! I even ate my vegetables!!!
