J’ai eu très peur… Mais au final, nous avons été très très satisfait de la nouvelle direction que prend ce restaurant que nous aimons beaucoup à SaintTropez. Effectivement nous aimions déjà beaucoup l’endroit, la sympathie du staff, la relative simplicité des plats (dans les prix aussi ! Rare à Saint-Tropez) aussi nous étions inquiets de ne plus se retrouver en terrain connu. Mais très bonne surprise : l’équipe est sympathique, humaine ; vient d’un restaurant à Toulon et non d’un n-ième « wannabe » de grand groupe. Et la carte/cuisine est choisie, actualisée régulièrement, généreuse et fine. On est davantage sur de vrais plats que dans l’ancien Hobo où l’on était plus en tapas plats à partag...
Beautiful setting on a sunny terrace for lunch. Prices are very affordable for menus on Saint-Tropez, but everything is explained in view of the timid quantities present in the plate. The service is not free from any reproach.
